Postage and Handling

Standard Items - Shipping Option

  • We currently only offer standard shipping within Australia. 
  • Standard postage rates apply to all items and are automatically calculated at the checkout. Items will be dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays after payment is received and the order is fulfilled. 
  • Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

 

Bulky Items - Shipping and Collection Options

  • Shipping costs are not included or calculated at the checkout for bulky items.
  • Collection from Mundaring Arts Centre can be arranged at no charge. For more details see our 'Click and Collect' option below. 
  • Alternatively shipping will be calculated and charged separately. If you would like a shipping quote before purchasing a bulky item please contact shop@mundaringartscentre.com.au. 
  • Artworks will be sent with TNT or Australia Post, depending on the size and location of recipient. Tracking details will be sent to the buyer. 
  • Postage times will vary depending on service and location.

Please note during busy periods there may be some delays.

The customer takes full liability for all postal charges and return shipment costs.

    Click and Collect Option

    • We offer an option to 'Click and collect' from Mundaring Arts Centre 7190 Great Eastern Hwy Mundaring, Tuesday - Friday 10am - 5pm, Saturday - Sunday 11am - 3pm. 
    • You will be contacted via phone or email once your order is ready to organise a contactless method of pickup. 

     

      Gift Wrapping 

      Did you know we offer a complimentary gift wrapping service? Please indicate if you would like us to wrap your item on the product page before you add it to your cart. 

       

      COVID-19 Handling Policy 

      All items are handled with gloves. Strict hygiene measures including frequent use of hand sanitiser and washing of hands are taken to ensure you stay safe during this time. If choosing to 'click and collect' we will contact you via phone or email to organise a contactless method of pickup.
